Patrick Higley is a Vice President in AVIA’s Center for Operational Transformation and Digital Enablement. Patrick leads the Center’s strategic vision and execution of advisory services, including digital solutions related to financial, clinical, and emerging technology in automation and artificial intelligence. Further, he leads AVIA’s National Generative AI Collaboratives focused on AI enablement, Generative AI use, and the deployment of Agentic AI systems.
Prior to AVIA, Patrick has over 12 years of healthcare experience focused on provider operations, including service line performance, revenue cycle, information technology, labor, and procurement/capital assets. Prior to AVIA, Patrick worked at Philips Healthcare, leading new solutions and business development across the Precision Diagnosis portfolio for national customers. Before Philips, Patrick served in various leadership and management roles at Guidehouse (Navigant Consulting), including leading the development of a dedicated team focused on digital optimization across providers, serving as the Chief of Staff to the Healthcare Segment Practice Leader, providing interim leadership at two separate providers, and directing enterprise-wide consulting engagements at large health systems and academic medical centers. He was one of the early employees of McKinnis Consulting Services, a digital solution and EMR technology consulting firm for healthcare providers that was sold to Navigant/Guidehouse in 2016.
Patrick holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
