Mike Taylor is a healthcare technology executive with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of operations, technology, and business strategy. At AVIA, he leads the Intelligence Platform, overseeing product strategy, engineering, research and content, sales, and marketing.
Mike began his career at Huron Consulting Group, where he held a series of progressively broader roles working with health systems on clinical operations improvement, supporting business development, and ultimately leading the overhaul of Huron’s analytics platform. He then moved into product and operational leadership roles at two healthcare technology startups, Connance and Panda Health; both of which were successfully acquired, in part driven by the product strategies Mike helped define. Across those companies, he held leadership roles in product, enterprise implementations, strategic account management, advisory services, and business operations.
Throughout his career, Mike has been drawn to the moments where operational discipline and technology strategy converge: building the products, teams, and processes that make businesses more effective and scalable. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
