Ashley Allen is the Chief Customer Officer for AVIA. A healthcare executive with over 20 years of experience driving growth, customer strategy, and operational transformation across healthcare services and digital health organizations, she most recently served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Transformation at DispatchHealth. In that role, she led strategic planning and enterprise transformation initiatives during a period of rapid growth and industry change. In addition, she was responsible for the company’s Integration Management Office and played a key role in aligning operational strategy, product innovation, and customer experience to support scalable growth.
Previously, Allen had senior level positions at healthcare systems and consulting organizations, including Advocate Health Care and Huron Consulting Group.
Throughout her career, Allen has focused on helping healthcare organizations navigate complexity – from revenue cycle transformation to new care delivery models – while building the processes, teams, and technology foundations required for measurable outcomes and sustainable growth.
Ashley has a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
