Amberly Diets, MHA, serves as the Vice President at AVIA within the Center for Care Transformation, focusing on advancing healthcare delivery through digital innovation. Her focus is on capabilities that help transform the way care is delivered, including acute care and ambulatory care transformation focusing on specialty care and precision medicine.


Amberly brings over a decade of diverse experience across the healthcare sector, which spans clinical research, genomics, acute care, ambulatory, patient access, revenue cycle management, medical scribe leadership with a focus on process improvement, implementation, and change management.

Prior to this role, Amberly was the Director of Clinical Research and Genomics at Renown Health, where she was responsible for the organization’s research portfolio and the Healthy Nevada Project, a state-wide community population health genomics program. She has also held leadership positions partnering with health systems on implementation science and process redesign to promote provider efficiency and satisfaction.

Amberly earned her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The University of Virginia. She is an active participant in the American College of Healthcare Executives, where she has served in roles, such as: secretary and co-chair for the membership committee, demonstrating her leadership and commitment to the field of healthcare.
