Agentic AI

More than 40% of agentic AI projects will be canceled by 2027 due to unclear value, rising costs, or weak risk controls. We see a different path—moving beyond pilots to system-wide transformation.

 

Today, we support 17 health systems using agentic AI for high-volume decisions, with early impact across nursing support, revenue cycle, patient access and experience, and communications. We have measurable results, reducing administrative burden and giving clinicians more time for care.

Regulatory Readiness Nexus Collaborative​

Nine leading health systems caring for 15 million patients came together with Leavitt Partners, co-led by Governor Mike Leavitt, to advocate for meaningful policy reform. Over six months, participants:

  • Drafted evidence-based recommendations for CMS, HHS, and ONC
  • Conducted economic analyses of deregulatory impact
  • Met twice in Washington, D.C. with federal leaders

Experience Orchestration Nexus Collaborative​

With Innovaccer as a strategic partner, eight health systems co-developed a five-part playbook for creating connected, personalized care experiences. Each participant designed a custom action plan that:

  • Defines near- and long-term priorities
  • Assesses technology readiness and gaps
  • Aligns people, processes, and technology around shared outcomes
