Introducing AVIA Benchmarking Report

AVIA Benchmarking was built to help health systems measure digital capability performance with precision. By establishing standard definitions and calculations, we enable true apples-to-apples comparisons across organizations.

We provide measurement across AVIA’s Centers of Excellence, by tracking these process metrics, health systems can directly impact critical financial levers, including patient acquisition, retention, access, cost savings, labor efficiency, and clinical outcomes.

Virtual Care

  • Synchronous Virtual Visits: Real-time remote care via voice or video interactions with a healthcare provider.
  • Asynchronous Virtual Visits: Consumer-initiated virtual visits using self-service tools, allowing providers to review symptoms outside of real-time interactions.

Digital Registration

Self-service check-in for outpatient appointments (physical or virtual), including confirming arrival and updating registration information.
