Kristen Flint is the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to AVIA’s acquisition of Panda Health, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Panda Health, where she has led the company’s financial and operational strategy since 2021. With more than 25 years of experience across healthcare, SaaS, and financial services, Kristen has a proven track record of building scalable infrastructure, driving efficiency, and guiding organizations through transformational growth.
At Panda, she established the company’s financial backbone, achieving significant cost reductions, strengthening legal and compliance frameworks, and implementing cross-functional systems that enhanced revenue reliability and operational performance. She also partnered across Sales, Product and Operations to implement metric-driven systems that improve accountability and business alignment.
Kristen previously served as CFO at RJ Health, where she led pricing strategy, renewals, contract operations, and played a pivotal role in the successful sale of the business. She has had significant experience delivering measurable results and long-term business value in executive finance leadership roles at high-growth companies.
Kristen has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Accounting from St. Joseph College. She is passionate about aligning financial discipline with organizational mission to help teams thrive and scale.
